Question: Sir , my sperm leaked very early as soon when i see any girl or body , when i m sleeping sperm leaked at a high speed..plz tell me some pills ( not herbel)..and leaking also happens while urinating..and also the size of my penis is small plz tell me some tips to grow it 8 or 9 inch( like some exercise or some natural tricks)

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of night emission and leakage of semen whenever you see girl.

It is secretion of mucus from the mucosal glands located in urethra and not the semen that leaks whenever one gets sexually aroused on watching erotic pictures or looking at the girls.This is very common at the age of adolescence and nothing abnormal to have frequent night emissions too.

These are all due to excessive stimulation. and get resolved with passage of time .

Though it is harmless, excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection and delays ejaculation.Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports,reading ,social work etc so that you will not get free time to masturbate.
