Brief Answer:
Check the thyroid hormones;

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you reported may be caused by a high dose of synthroid. You need to check the thyroid hormones ( TSH, ft4 and ft3) and adjust the dose accordingly.
If the thyroid hormones results within the normal ranges with the actual dose, another cause should be tried to find.

You may attach the results of the hormone to suggest for the dose of the synthroid for the next 6 months.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
