Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have gone through your query and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

You are reporting to have welts for about 3 months. In other words, it has become chronic. So, it is time to run further tests to determine why you are having them:
- weather conditions?
- diabetes kidney disease?
- intestinal parasitic infections?

So, I suggest to do:
- urine analysis
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- complete blood work and eosinophils count
- liver/kidney function tests

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed. It is necessary to keep your blood sugar levels under control and to:
- apply cold compresses to the skin area affected by welts
- try to keep room temperature at cold/cool range
- do not wear tight-fitted clothes
- take over the counter anti-histamine drug at night

Hope it was of help! Let me know if you have further queries!
