Brief Answer:
Ideal BMI of less than 25 can be achieved by reducing upto 4 pounds/month

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for quick revert.Extremely regret for the delay.

I am glad that you have been feeling well after hitting gym.Your BMI is 28 and it means that you are overweight. Loosing 25 pounds will put under a healthy BMI of 24 which is good (recommended BMI is less than 25).

Hence I would suggest to add few more exercises such as cardio, TMT which will burn the calories.Weight training exercises are good but the excess flab get burned when you go for aerobic exercises.

You can target to loose upto 4 pounds/ month and slowly over the next 6-8 months the desired BMI can be achieved.

Feel free to reach for further queries.
Good day!
