What Causes Nocturnal Ejaculation In Sleep?

Question: Sir,im getting nocturnal ejaculation often during my sleep.i think it may be due to the masturbation practice i was doing for 4years.i had stopped the evil practice but till now i getting it.also im so so slim.is these due to the practice.pls help me.

Sir,actully i had stopped it before 2years itself sir...actully this night emission is the main reason which made me to stop mastubation completly..bt aftr 2years stil now im getting night emissions..pls guide me how to stop it..some says tat my semen has become bad..pls guide me to stop the night emissions sir..

If you are not experiencing any symptoms of infection like pain or foul smell bad Semen is unlikely.
Remember Masturbation is not a bad thing or thing to be scared out. Night emissions are perfectly normal and majority of normal individual do experience it.
