Brief Answer:
more likely due to infection/allergy on face

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

With your family history, it is understandable that you are concerned but the enlarged lymph nodes are more likely a reaction to the lesion on your face rather than lymphoma though this should be ruled out.

Lymph nodes become enlarged in response to infection or inflammation in the surrounding area.

The fact that the lesion on the face is itching may imply there may be a fungal or allergic aspect to it. Both of these would be associated with itching.

As mentioned above lymph nodes enlarge in response to any nearby issues. They can sometimes take 4 to 6 weeks to return to their normal size.

You should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment so that the lesion on your face can be treated.
You and your doctor can then note the size of the nodes and monitor their size over the next few weeks

In addition a complete blood count and ESR can be done to help determine if the enlarged nodes are solely due to allergy/infection or if there are any other causes.
This would be reflected mainly in the white cell count part of the complete blood count.
ESR is an inflammatory marker.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
