Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So the incidentally detected asymptomatic nodules are increasingly found nowdays. These nodule can be either benign, goitorous or mild form of cancer. Even if they are cancerous, the rate of growth is very slow. They can be left as such if smaller in size and asymptomatic.
