What Causes Noises In Stomach Followed By Passing Of Gas After Every Meal?

Question: After meals I have noises in my stomach followed by the need to pass gas which is during the day and night. This has been going on for 6 months. I am allergic/intolerant to anything. Colonoscopy and ensoscopy show all is fine with Eosinophillicolitis detected.
