Question : Earlier this week I noticed slightly raised smooth flat "bumps" on the shaft of my penis. They do not itch and are not painful. I thought it might be dry skin. I noticed it after having sex with my girrlfriend. We have been having unprotected sex for 9 months. Ive never experienced this symptom before. What is it? Treatment?
Brief Answer:
Fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
These spots are due to fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective.
You can try this.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
