Brief Answer:
You need to stop Deplatt. BP needs desperate control.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone though your query as well as the attached prescriptions and reports. You need to stop Deplatt 75 for the time being. I would consider the platelet count of 1.10 lakh/cu.mm acceptable but they have been rendered ineffective by the doses of deplatt that you are taking. The clotting capacity should be back to normal in a few days of stopping this medicine as new platelets are produced.

About the palpitation, I would need to specifically know the heart rate. I see the BP of 170/90 mm Hg mentioned. However, that is a very high blood pressure which could be responsible for the palpitations. You need to desperately bring it under control. Talk to your treating physician for a suitable change in the antihypertensive drug regimen.

I would also insist you to get the thyroid profile done as thyroid could also have a contributory role to play.

Brief Answer:
Additional antihypertensive required. Talk to your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

The nose bleed could occur due to the platelets being inactivated by medicines like Deplatt. Under normal condition this medicine is used to present blood clots from developing inside our blood stream. But since the medicine is active, if the external bleeding occurs due to any reason, clotting does not occur properly and the problem results.

The antihypertensives Telvas 40 and Eslo 2.5 do not seem to be adequate. Use of some beta blocker or any other antihypertensive medicine should be essential. Continue yoga but you need to take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fibre supplements like isabgol to control your constipation.

The eosinophil count could increase due to some allergic reaction or due to worm infestations. I would insist you not to panic and to repeat the blood counts after two weeks.

You need not panic. Regular medication backed up with proper diet and exercise will help you achieve good health.
