Question : Last night I had a nose bleed for the first time in my life. I am 64 years old. It didn't last more than a couple of minutes. This morning, I had another nose bleed. It was much more blood and bright red.
I do not take blood pressure medicines nor do I take blood thinners. I only take hormone prescription, .625 mg and many vitamins.

Hello. For the most part, nosebleeds don't signify any major underlying health problem, and usually it's from the nasal mucosal membranes being dry from low humidity in the air. A thin layer of Vaseline inside the nostrils will help.
That said, if these continue, it could indicate a sinus infection or a low platelet condition, so if you get another bleed you need to have your doctor check this out.
