Brief Answer:
Suspicion of vaginal prolapse

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to health care magic.

I understand your concern regarding HPV, but based on the description of your symptoms I am suspecting vaginal prolapse which is one of the late complications of hysterectomy.

I do not think your symptoms have anything to do with HPV.

However, I suggest you get in touch with your gynecologist for a detailed exam to rule out prolapse or any other mass.

If suspicion of any other mass growth arises, you have to undergo biopsy to rule out any cellular changes in the growth.

It is very rare to have a recurrence of HPV infection after hysterectomy.

I hope I have answered your query satisfactorily.

Please get back if any more queries.

Thanks
