Brief Answer:
Possibility of peripheral neuropathy. Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms of pins and needles in lower limb with numbness is a manifestation of peripheral neuropathy. In some cases with small fiber neuropathy the routine conventional nerve conduction studies may be normal.
You need to get investigated for blood glucose, vitamin B12 levels, renal and liver function tests. Additionally workup for immune mediated neuropathy or myeloma may be require.
For treatment you can take vitamin B12 supplementations and pain modulators like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline/Nortriptyline.
You can upload your reports for further analysis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further queries.

Brief Answer:
Additional work up and neurological examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
If all investigations and nerve conduction are normal then you may consult a neurologist for additional work up required if any.
For relief of symptoms you can take pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline.
There are many etiologies for neuropathy including myeloma but it does not means it is the cause in every case.
visit a neurologist for assessment and treatment prescription .
