Brief Answer:
Need to check your spine..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since the symptoms are limited to the left side, it is definitely not drug induced. If I have to arrive at a diagnosis without physical examination, I would consider cervical (neck) spine related problem first. Nerves arising from the neck may get compressed (pinched) due to age related degeneration or a bulging disc leading to pain, tingling and numbness. Similar nerve compression may occur at your wrist and elbow leading to pain/numbness.

The next close possibility would be neuropathic pain.

It is less likely to be a heart related pathology, however I will invite you to have an EKG test.

In a nutshell, though it seem concerning to you; do not panic. The possibility of a sinister condition is not significant. Visit your local physician who can examine you and order for EKG along with cervical spine X-rays. If needed nerve conduction studies and battery of blood tests will help us arrive at a definitive diagnosis. I only hope you make arrangements to see the doctor soon.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
