Brief Answer:
This can be Reynauds disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your question. I believe that you are having Raynaud's disease. In this there is spasm of blood vessels when they come in contact with cold or ice. Some time there is no triggering factor.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examination.
Treatment usually consist of keeping your hand in warm water. Avoid cold exposure.Wear warm gloves.
There are various drugs which can be used for it.Most commonly used are Amlodepin,Prazocin.
You can discuss these drugs with your doctor.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
