Question : What cause numb and tingly index finger and middle finger on right hand

                                    Brief Answer:
Carpal tunnel syndrome.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms are characteristic for carpal tunnel syndrome. Due to median nerve compression in the wrist, tingling, numbness and pain appears in the first 3 fingers. The symptoms are worse during the night. The pain can radiate to the arm.
I suggest you to consult neurologist. Wrist ultrasound should be done as well as nerve conduction test called EMG. If the carpal tunnel syndrome is confirmed, surgery should be done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
