Brief Answer:
Need to exclude carpal tunnel syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, and they are suggestive of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). In this condition, a nerve called median nerve gets pinched at the level of wrist.

If the symptoms are troublesome, pregabalin capsules may be started.

Also, nerve conduction studies may be done to exclude CTS, if symptoms persist.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
