Brief Answer:
need ti correlate clinically , see your physician

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM.. .
I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query.
I have read and understood your health concerns.

Based upon the history it may be postural hypo tension, low blood sugar , transient ischaemic attack ( minor stroke ).
Is he having diabetes or hypertension? Is he taking any medicines? Any other history of previous hospital admissions? Any other medical or surgical problem?

The symptoms are concerning and needs medical attention at the earliest. He needs to be examined clinically before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn.
If I am his attending physician, after clinical examination I will get His Full blood count , blood sugar , lipid profile, renal and kidney function tests, Carotid Doppler ultrasound , ECG and echocardiography would be very helpful in delineating pathology.
BP charting should be done in sitting pisition and one min after standing to look for any drop.
Stay calm and continue with your medicines.

Feel free to write me on HCM.
Hope it helps
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan

I appreciate your follow up.
Based upon the description provided and keeping in view your medical history it would be wise for you to seek your physician advice as soon as possible. It is likely to be stroke so one cannot take risk by delaying.
Go to the ER So that he can be properly managed.
May he get well soon.
