Question : Hello, I have been feeling rather dizzy for the past couple of weeks. I have been able to do things regularly and walk regularly, etc. but it just is bugging me. I also have a history of allergies and anxiety. I have panic attacks, sometimes my heart beats fast or I worry and stress a lot. I have also been experiencing numbness on the right side of my face and it feels like it is drooping, along with my eye, but it is not visible. I sleep on the right side of my body often and I even have a slightly twisted spine as told by my chiropractor. I want to know is there anything I should be worried about or take precaution to. Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
Let me begin by saying I strongly believe that what you are describing is panic/anxiety. Somatic symptoms such as feeling numbness, dropping, dizzy or lightheaded are I'm my experience extremely common in anxiety and panic disorders. So I believe you would benefit from treatment for this: an SSRI antidepressant and cognitive behavioral therapy.
You should also see a medical doctor for a neurological exam and basic blood work to rule out medical care problems. But I would bet strongly that this is anxiety.
