Question : I have an unusual cluster of symtoms: Last few days constant numbness from top of shoulders to my fingertips. WeweEspeciall bad during sleep. Today back began having sharp pains and spasms as I worked in the
Garden. The pain radiates around to the abdomen which is tender to the touch. What does
this sound like?

Stop Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms sound like acid peptic ulcer disease. If the numbness is bad during sleep that means empty stomach is causing more problems.

I suggest for an evaluation of the gut and abdomen, Ultrasound abdomen or may be CT scan abdomen is needed.
