Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I should let you know that although you can explain your symptoms well enough they are not really very specific and so the list of possibilities is long and will require a visit to your doctor for further investigations into find the cause which should be able to direct more accurate treatment.

But for your reference I shall go ahead and list some of the most likely causes that come to my mind:

+Vitamin B12 deficiency
+Multiple sclerosis
+Low blood sugar
+Peripheral neuropathy
+Cervical spondylosis
+Heart rhythm abnormalities (e.g. atrial flutter)
+Ulnar or median nerve injury
+Hypothyroidism
+Panic or anxiety attack
+Stroke
+Carpal tunnel syndrome
and a few others.

I would strongly recommend a visit to your doctor at your earliest convenience. If at all you can relate to any of the conditions that I have mentioned, then please do write back to me and I would be more than happy to elaborate further.

Best wishes.
