Brief Answer:
Deep vein thrombosis or superficial thrombophlebitis to be ruled out first

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern

Numbness in one sided of foot extending upto buttocks after 6 days of surgery, might not be related to neither medicines nor anaesthesia used for surgery

In my opinion it might be related to Nerve compression, nutrients deficiency, superficial thrombophlebitis, deep vein thrombosis

Here I would like further information to help you better like
Are you having any swelling or redness in the affected limb?
Your relevant medical history like diabetes, high blood pressure or you are taking any medicines

Stomach discomfort might be reacted to drugs induced gastritis or GERD which could be a contributory factor to causing you breathing issue due to regurgitation of food.

At this point of time I would advise you few battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test, coagulation studies and d dimer test or colour doppler to rule out deep vein thrombosis

Hope this answers your question
Please write back to me with the details I have asked for, so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes
