Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your knee pain is hampering your walking and this in addition to the increase in appetite induced by some vitamins and supplement is the probable cause for your gain in weight.
When you have gained weight and are not exercising, you tend to develop breathlessness even with mild exertion.
Numbness is related to decrease in the blood flow or due to neuropathy and may require further testing. Have you tested your blood sugar recently?
Nuchal pain may be due to cervical spondylosis a wear and tear of the neck bones and this can produce dizziness as the blood flow to the base of the brain and the ears which control balance can be impaired due to cervical spondylosis as two blood vessels traverse through these bones.
You have to get back into your former state of good health. For this you have to lose weight. Reduce the quantity of food and eat only healthy wholesome food, no sodas, junk food or alcohol. If you have access to a swimming pool, swimming or even walking in the water is a good form of exercise as it is not weight bearing and will not put pressure on your legs. The other types of exercise which are non weight bearing is cycling , chair dance etc.
If you have not seen a doctor for some time, it would be good to see one and have yourself examined .
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
