Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. It is rather unfortunate that no definite diagnosis has been reached at which would help establish a plan to address the symptoms once and for all.
Though tests have not been able to reveal a diagnosis, I am happy to know that the results are rather reassuring then concerning. I will like to know how often you get this SOB and for how long it lasts . How often do you get these symptoms in a day? If these symptoms show up multiple times in a day and no real abnormality is found on testing, they may be suggestive of anxiety or panic disorders. Ask your doctor whether he has ever considered these options as possible causes of your symptoms.
The pain in the small and ring finger is typical of a cubital nerve problem. Get this checked out. This nerve is commonly injured at the elbow. Have you ever had any concerns with your elbow?
I agree with you not to go to the ER at this time again because there is certainly nothing too alarming or different from the previous visits. Monitor rather and she what happens when no ER visit is done. Be rest assured, this is not life threatening.
Keep me posted about the evolution of these symptoms. I hope you find this information helpful and I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

HI and thanks for this query.
The paradoxical nature of our symptoms really make me concerned about a possible anxiety disorder. I am curious to know whether your doctors had considered this and ruled it out or it has not been considered. if it has never been considered, I will recommend that you get evaluated for this and probably tried on treatment for this condition. This would at least confirm or tell us we need to look some where else.
From your experience with the other doctors, I am certain you never have a settled mind while in their offices. Of course I can tell you are well relaxed, comfortable and not stressed when with your dermatologist. This is why I would accord more importance to the values obtained in his office as opposed to that in the other doctors office as you not been in a neutral state is enough reason to have an increased blood pressure. You may also want to control it at home and report the values for more comparison and interpretations.
I hope this helps. Let me hear from you and know what you take and thoughts are. I wish you well.
