Brief Answer:
Better to take rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query,

This topical feeling of numbness could be due to temporary compression of nerve fibres due to muscle spasms. Doing muscle stretching exercise and taking methylcobalamin supplements will be helpful. If it persists, it is better to get it examined by orthopaedician.

Hope this will help you. Let me know if you have any more concerns.

Take care.
