Consult your doctor early/ ER
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Cold touch and numb feeling is due to associated swelling. It could be due to tight wrap. I suggest you to consult emergency room early. Till then elevate the limb to reduce the swelling.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
