Question : Hi, I am 28 year Male, recenlty i found there are multiple stones in my kidneys. My creatine level is 1.3, doctors has prescribed tamfloww .4mg tablet and K cit XXXXXXX syrup.

Now legs are becoming numb

I am scared.

can you please suggest

Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you that creatinine of 1.3 is nothing worrisome.
You don't need to feel scared either.
Your numbness is probably due to anxiety, more than anything else.
Drink 12-15 glasses liquids daily.
Syrup K-cit should be replaced with Syrup Potassium Magnessium Citrate, which helps dissolve stones, much faster. Check your uric acid level also.
After a month of starting treatment, take an ultrasound scan of abdomen, which will give information regarding clearance of stones.
Many people with 6mm stones flush it out with this treatment.
Hope your stones flush out quickly.

Should i follow up with same tablet? That is Tamflow 0.4 mg?

What is amount of potassium Magnessium Citrate syrup has to taken? How many times a day? is it after meal?

Continue Tamflo. uric acid stones are also seen.

Hi again.
Tamflo should be continued in the same dose. It helps stones to flush out.
Take the same syrup 15ml., twice daily. You can mix it in lime juice or water.
Meals is not a problem.
There are stones formed, due to excess level of uric acid, in the blood and urine.
If it's level is high, you'll need treatment to control it and prevent further stone recurrence.

Hi doctor, my creatinine is 1.1 now.

Uric acid level is 5.1

Yesterday i noticed in the report on the left kidney there is 7.2 mm stone (Maximum)

On right it is 5.2 mm is the maximum.

So is your uric acid level; 5.1. Again normal level.

When i visited by doctor near residence, he was asking me to undergo lithotripsy to break 7.2mm stone on left kidney.
Is this mandatory or should i go with only medicine that was prescribed?

If there's no left flank pain or blood in urine, you may very well wait for one month, repeat the ultrasound scan, and then decide.
Continue with medication for dissolution of stones.
The 7.2 mm stone may reduce in size, and lithotripsy can be avoided.
