Brief Answer:
Possibly spinal vs nerve issue

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible nerve issue.
There are 2 possible causes. 1. a possible spine involvement. 2. a possible neuropathy.
We need to test with a MRI spine and NCV all 4 limbs.
The results will confirm the diagnosis.
Thereafter we will need to know the cause of the spinal cord problem/neuropathy. The tests for that I can tell you once the results are available.
The treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile, start with a prescription for pregabalin and methylcobalamin. They are prescription drugs and you need to meet a neurologist for the prescription.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
