Brief Answer:
Onset of HbsAg positivity is to be known first.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded report as well. Its within normal limits.

Pertaining to positive Hep B status, you need to first establish if its in acute or chronic phase. For this I advise you to go for IgM anti HbC Ab and HbeAg titers.

Many of your symptoms are related to Livolin use.

These side effects settle with time.

Further management is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Viral DNA titers are required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

Welcome again,

You seem to low infective form of Hepatitis B since you have positive HbeAb.

So its very important to know the chronicity and viral titers through IgM Anti HBc and HBV DNA testing.

The decision to start anti viral agents against hepatitis B will depend on the test result.

Its extremely important that you avoid sexual encounters and blood donation until viral clearance.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you
