Brief Answer:
Nerve compression or injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have are likely to be due to a nerve root compression or a nerve injury. The compression can be due to a disc prolapse at the level of lumbar spine. It is best to consult a neurologist for a proper examination and evaluation. Methylcobalamin supplements can help.
I hope this answers your query.
