Question : My daughter has been taking Vyvance for a few months and this week she has had numbness in her arm, discoloration ,swelling and today numbness in her throat and cheek. right side of her body. She was diagnosed with a blood clot in her shoulder. How dangerous is this and what course of action can be taken. Vould Vyvance be responsible?

No, I don't think vyvanse is responsible for these symptoms.
She had blood clot in shoulder.
Worsening of blood clot can cause all these symptoms.
So we need to first rule out blood clot in shoulder vessel.
If there is blood clot an we are not treating it, I can be dangerous.
So better to get done color doppler study of upper limb for the diagnosis of blood clot.
Treatment depends on size અને site of blood clot.
So consult doctor and get done color doppler.
Vyvanse is unlikely to be cause these symptoms.
