Question: Hello, I'm having an onset of numbness in my arms and legs.....the numbness seems to be equal in both arms and legs at the same time,,,,

Feeling of numbness may be due to anxiety, neuropathy or myelopathy.
You need to get examined by a neurologist and investigated accordingly.
Any history of diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver disease or kidney disease?
Any neck pain, weakness, Urinary complains?
Any headache, vomiting, fever, loss of consciousness, facial weakness, limb weakness?
Any recent diarrhoea or upper respiratory tract infections?
