Question : I have had a heart attack in the past and blockage in the lower right side of my heart. they did not put in a stent 3 years ago. it is 1 am in my XXXXXXX house, I have been having some pain in my heart, feel anxious, a little sick, some numbness in my face and jaws, down both arms, a little dizzy. Took my evening pills 500 mg Renexa, lisnopril, 2.5 mg metoperol. live by myself, scared, should I either call my neighbors or go to hospital? XXXXXXX Null, YYYY@YYYY

Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that considering your age and a pervious history of heart attack and the present symptoms it's advisable to go to ER because as you are living alone if something significant cones up then it will become difficult for you to handle the situation at your own.

Better to take a precautionary step before hand.

You need to get Ecg, Echocardiography and a blood test ( troponin i) done.
