It started 27 months ago with tingling in my feet and hands , sharp pains like electric shocks , has improved since with now just the dumbness in the morning on waking some pins and needles in feet at different times i have a diagnoise of halo migrains but this doesn't seem right to me,i've had blood test, scans and MRI on brain and back, no addictions, yes i did have a time of thyroid being over active but had no problems for 3 years, the only thing i have now is alapesia anemia which i have a b12 shot every three monthslevels are good.About anxiety dont know, i do worry a lot about things.,

Brief Answer:
Neuropathy/Nerve conduction studies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

The symptoms which you have mentioned are likely suggestive of neuropathy, especially with the probability of vitamin B12 deficiency/anemia. I would suggest you to undergo a Nerve conduction studies for neuropathic evaluation. It would be even better if you visit a neurologist in person and gets a physical evaluation done for the same. That would serve as a better guide for investigations.

Hope that helps.I would like to have you in follow-up with further details so that I can answer this well further.

Brief Answer:
Trial of neuropathic medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Historically, it appears to be neuropathy. Even if NCS is normal,I would suggest a trial of medicines for neuropathy. A typical prescription comprising of pregabalin/methylcobalamin, duloxetine and calcium supplementation should be tried.Of course,a neurological examination should be the next step.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
