Question : sometimes i get nunbness in my fingers, both hands it often becomes painful to bend my fingers, i didibt know arthritis can occur in both hands at the same time

Could be Rheumatoid arthritis

Usually involvement of the finger joints of both hands can be a sign of Rheumatoid arthritis.

It would be wise to get a few blood tests to confirm, like Complete blood count, ESR, CRP, Rheumatoid factor, Anti-CCP.

These will help rule out Rheumatoid arthritis and also help to make other diagnosis for the cause.

You can take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days.

Once the tests come we can start other medication as required.

You could also be having nerve pinching in the spine in your neck that could lead to these symptoms.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. You can take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month for relief.
