Brief Answer:
Possible nerve compression, or impaired blood supply.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Two are most possible exceptions that may justify your symptoms:

-1- Nerve compression due to arm position during sleep

-2- Impaired blood flow of the hand and arm, again due to arm position.

If the symptoms will persist after a couple of days further evaluation with nerve conduction study and Doppler ultrasound of the affected arm is necessary.

Please discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
