Brief Answer:
Possible carpal tunnel syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.
A pain in the hand may be a pinched nerve or a joint pain. If it is getting worse during night means that most probably you keep the hand in a position that pinches the nerve.
Can you give me some more information?
-- How do you describe the pain?
-- Where is the pain localized? Does it radiate?
-- Do you have numbness? Where is the numbness localized?
-- Have you tried any medication?
-- Any other joint hurt?
Looking forward to your follow up question.
Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
