Brief Answer:
Possible TIA in SMR region of Left hemisphere. Neurologist required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. These symptoms, namely parasthesias in specific symmetric areas in your body, supplied by nerve dermatomes, with tingling, numbness, but no other significant issues are highly suggestive of a cerebrovascular accident of a very mild intensity called as a micro TIA. (Transient Ischemic Attack)

2. On the bright side, you are probably healthy enough, to have communicated this query, to us, that requires many left brain functions to be intact. The accident is on your left side of the brain, that innervates the right side of your body.

3. I predict that the MRI scan will demonstrate pathology in the Left somato sensory cortex. In the region of the homunculus.

4. I suggest you see a neurologist. It is mandatory.

5. I can refer you to a neurologist on healthcaremagic, Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX DM, kindly drop a mail, to customercare@healthcaremagic with this request, for this particular physician.

6. Metformin, or Lisinopril do not cause these issues, even as side effects. At worst, a misdosage would cause low blood sugar and low BP. There isn't any interaction between these agents either.
