Question: Hello, I have been having a numb feeling on my right shoulder blade for a few days, also a slight pain in the center of my chest. Then last night i begin to cough not often but what concernedme was that I felt weak and my sight was alittle blurred. I thought i was my allergies before then.

Brief Answer:
Pneumonia and pleurisy to be ruled out by blood work and x ray of lungs

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

when someone with your symptoma comes up to my office, i do a clinical examination with listening especially to the lungs. I would also do some blood work for inflammation, if any doubt about pneumonia or pleurisy is left i'd schedule an x ray. Also a heart condition should be checked for with ekg.

I suggest you talk to you local gp about these steps closely.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
