What Causes Numbness In The Toes?
Question: i have numbness in my toes to about half way up my right foot with shooting pain now my left foot is starting to get numb in toes. it feels like i am walking on rocks. I know a nurse that checked my blood and she said the sugar levels seemed normal.

I have noted your symptoms and based on that we need to exclude peripheral neuropathy (disease of nerves of skin) and pinched nerve in the lumbar region (lower back). This can be done by doing nerve conduction studies and MRI of lumbo-sacral spine.
For relief of symptoms, you can take pregabalin capsules.
