What Causes Numbness In The Urethra And Clitoral Area After Masturbation?

Question : a week back I masturbated using a showerhead. Immediately after I had throbbing pain in clitoris for an hour. then the area an the urether went numb. I had sharp stabbing pain from lower abdomen to urether next day . Now the pain has reduced but the numbness continues. The lower abdomen feels really tight like a spasms an I've developed constipation too. The slightest strain causes pain. Have I damaes my nerves? This was my first time masturbating. Checke for UTI came negative. 3-4 pus cells hpf and epithelial cells 2-3.

Hi doctor, no I dont feel arousal right now. I feel a dull ache in the region and decreased sensitivity. I also have abdominal cramps. Went to the physician who said I have lot of gas and muscle spasms in my lower abdomen, so have been given anti spasmodics. I get slight tingling sensations on and off. I mean the area continues to be desenstised. Earlierwhen my bladder wasfull I would feel it pressing on my urethra and It would be very pleasurable. Now I feel a very slight sensation.
I had inserted my finger in my vagina, sonot sure if that caused problems. Not sure where the prickling sensation is coming from urethra or vagina..
