What Causes Numbness In The Urethra And Clitoral Area After Masturbation?

Nerve damage is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
You are not used to masturbating, so it is very probable that you are having numbness in the urethra and clitoral area.
It is not possible to develop constipation due to this masturbation.
That is just a coincidence.
And the UTI check is not negative.
There are a few pus cells.
You should have a urine culture test to confirm that there is indeed no significant infection.
Infection is a possibility since the numbness is persisting and you have lower abdominal pain.
So please get a urine culture test too.
Can you upload photos of the area ?
It would be worthwhile to have cold compresses at the area and take a warm Sitz bath ( not too hot water ).
Avoid touching /handling the area, and avoid sex / masturbation for now.
It would be fine in a few days.
The nerves are too deeply situated, and it is rare to damage them with even vigorous masturbation.
Do you experience arousal ?
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

I mean the area continues to be desenstised. Earlierwhen my bladder wasfull I would feel it pressing on my urethra and It would be very pleasurable. Now I feel a very slight sensation.
I had inserted my finger in my vagina, sonot sure if that caused problems. Not sure where the prickling sensation is coming from urethra or vagina..
Cannot be nerves, am sure.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, I am quite sure it is irritation due to friction, not nerves.
As I said, nerves are quite deep and cannot get damaged that easily.
I think it can be a UTI.
Please get a urine culture test.
And if you can upload photos, please do.
Also, it could be vaginal pricking, you might have got a vaginal infection, particularly if you are not sexually active, and inserted a finger inside.
Please get an exam by an OB - GYN, including a vaginal swab and culture also.
