Question : I recently gave myself an I jettison of B12 in my thigh. Almost immediately afterwards, I started feeling numbness on the outside of my thigh. Is this normal?

Minor difference in skin sensation may occur and would disappear soon unless you have injury a nerve fibre supplying that area. Even if that is the situation , there is nothing to worry as most cases recover.
