Question : I am experiencing numbness in tongue, face and arm, all on the right side. No pain anywhere.

As per your symptoms you are having unilateral paraesthesia & it could be due to various reasons depending on mode of onset:-

Sudden Onset can be due to-

-Trauma (including dental surgery)
- Acute infection (bacterial or viral)
-Vascular event (e.g., cerebral hemorrhage or infarction)
-Malignant disease

Gradual onset can be due to-

-Local pathosis or metastatic disease
-Onset of systemic disease (e.g., multiple sclerosis (MS), diabetic neuropathy, severe anemia)
-Malignant disease

Consult a physician & rule out the exact cause & get it treated accordingly.
