Brief Answer:
Difficult to say what caused it. Probably transient!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

i am so sorry to hear about what you experienced. I have reviewed your information fully and it would be very difficult to tell what the exact cause it. There are several different symptoms that happen in a day and have no exact cause. Some do not represent a disease condition or process. What I would advice now would be to monitor and see if this happens again. If it does, then we have got reasons to probe further and if it doesn't, then we can disregard this and move forward.

I hope this provides some information for you to act on. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
