I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Most common conditions that could cause face paresthesia are anxiety and stress disorder, low blood calcium levels, peripheral neuropathy ( low vitamin B12, diabetes, drugs side effects etc.) nerve trauma or compression etc.
So, there is need for more information about your symptoms and other health issues, medical tests, if any.

have taken amitriptyline for about two months ago from10 mg. to 20 now it all started with burning all over my body and have terrible head aches which move from left to right of my head take the amitriptyline at night and the symptoms return during the day also have two or three good days then it comes on again XXXXXXX
Brief Answer:
Anxiety disorder, or peripheral neuropathy most likely.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for the clarifications.
Seems that Amytriptiline improves your symptoms, in that case most probably your concerns are caused by anxiety and stress disorder, or peripheral neuropathy.
In my opinion, these two conditions should be evaluated further by discussing with your primary care Doctor about clinical evaluation and appropriate tests about neuropathy ( blood tests about vitamin B12 levels, liver and thyroid gland function, CBC etc., nerve conduction studies as well).
You can try a trial of Amytriptiline treatment 10 mg twice a day for one week to control better your symptoms.
Hope I helped you.
Best regards.
