What Causes Numbness Of Feet After Standing For A While?

Do not make medication changes on your own.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.
I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
Could you elaborate when you meant "pad".
Cilostazol will help for those suffering from intermittent claudication pain in the legs. You will have to be clinically evaluated for signs of peripheral arterial disease in both the lower limbs before such drug is even mandated. The pulses characteristics will give a window for the health of your arteries in your legs. This may be followed up by scans for a closer look at the same.
Cilostazol does not have a clinically significant interactions with Amlodipine (presuming it for your "almadipine").
Baclofen is a drug well mandated for spasticity symptoms, as might be too with your left leg.
Sciatica and numbness may require additional drugs if Baclofen is not enough - substitution of the same without medical supervision is not advised. Gabapentin is a good option for peripheral neuropathy symptoms (numbness etc) but is not the best. There are other options available and will have to taken under prescription after a medical check.
Also another important aspect of taking both Baclofen and Gabapentin may increase some side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty in concentration. And host of other precautions will be reiterated in case.
It will however be safe to keep you on Amlodipine and Gabapentin together, as there are no known significant interactions between them.
Before my theoretical advise, a good look at your legs and tests will be necessary. I am sure your sciatica pain can be controlled with adequately powered analgesics available today.
Keep your BP under good control and get regular checks done, as this would solve much of the pain. Sciatica does aggravate sometimes with elevated BP. Hope your annual checks for sugar, liver, kidney, cholesterol and others are on schedule.
Let me know if I have missed out any other concern in your question.
Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
Sincerely,
Dr Sujeet N Charugulla,
MBBS, MD.
