Brief Answer:
needs evaluation. NSAID with serratiopeptidase

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

Considering your age and presenting symptoms with the history of fall the chance of local injury at the wrist joint is present any any minor injuries causing the symptoms should be examined. So better to get investigated for the cause.

You should get done an xray at wrist region and at any tender point in arm region and if normal nerve conduction test may be required to find the site of problem . Since the affected site is distal to elbow joint and no signs or symptoms at spinal region the cause may be in local region.

For now give rest, dont over exert or carry any weight. Apply local analgesic cream if pain and oral NSAID like aceclofenac with serratiopeptidase will be helpful to reduce any inflammatory swelling.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.

Wish you faster recovery and good health.
Regards
