Question : Today I noticed numbness on one spot on my face, near my chin, on the left hand side. It comes and goes, but feels very strange. It feels like I've been to the dentist, even though I haven't. I am 40, female, Type 1 diabetic.

As far as numbness on one spot of face , chin and left hand side is concerned this can be due to multiple causes like Nutritional cause , Deficiency of vitamin B supplements , Dehydration , Hypocalcemia or due to Diabetes (Diabetic Neuropathy ) .
