                                            Question : I had pain in my left lower back and was unable to walk, it lasted 2-3 days and it was healed on its own. I still have soreness there but i can walk and even run. But since then I have been feeling sensation on my left part of body, i feel sensation on left head, on arm, on heel, some movement sensation in lower leg. It doesn't distrub my sleep etc. But it feel uncomfortable as it is  strange to have these sensations, my left hand also get numbed sometime if i sleep on left side .Could you please help as what this could be and what i should be doing as a next step? i will highly appreciate your help as i am worried.

Your symptoms of discomfort and numbness are very non specific and do not point to any disease condition. I will recommend that you monitor only at this time and it is my thinking that symptoms will eventually regress fully without the need for any further medical intervention.
