Brief Answer:
Observation for now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Since it was first time, it may be physiological.I would suggest you to keep observing and if it recurs in future, get a neurological examination done.If it keeps recurring, the causes can be several-neuropathy, radicular compression at cervical spine, sensory seizure.
Its better to get a Blood sugar level done to check for Diabetes.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I would like to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
